7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated means to join the waitlist multiple times
• Create fake referrals to improve your waitlist position
• Engage in any activity that could damage or impair our waitlist functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Disclaimers

Our waitlist and pre-launch materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our waitlist site or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colour Wallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our waitlist services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
